short_mort and I had a good time tonight, we saw Bauhaus play at the Kentish Town Forum. Yep, Bauhaus.

The ugly: yes, Peter Murphy does have a bald spot.
The bad: the Kentish town Forum is seedy, somewhat polluted by cigarette smoke, and way, way too hot. Seriously, we were dripping sweat just standing there. And it was loud. And the sound quality was not great.

The Good. Well, Bauhaus were excellent. And loud, and can play well - excellent bass and feedback-y guitars. And they did covers of Severance (Dead Can Dance) and Transmission (Joy Division). And they did "Bella Lugosi's Dead".

All in all, well worth it.

And I have rightfully earned Bauhaus t-shirt now.
